It all comes down to results, and that’s exactly what we’ve accomplished for Rudy’s. Simply put, online sales were nowhere near where they’re at today and we’ve even made the process for shipping out meat WAY WAY more efficient and cost effective.
Our primary goal with redesigning Rudys.com was performance across all devices. But we didn’t just redesign a website, we helped rethink how their online ordering is processed — even down to more efficient shipping methods.
With the updated website design, Rudy’s guests can now easily locate, view menus, and most importantly, order Bar-B-Q from basically anywhere. Since launching the new website, mobile traffic has significantly increased and customers are happy!
Another thing we’ve really focused in on is pushing the level of content for Rudy’s across Facebook and Instagram. Rudy’s has an amazing customer base and following that truly enjoys interesting posts — like when we did a Brisket Candle promotion for April Fools.
People are serious about their Bar-B-Q, and we took creating the process for getting it to them just as serious. Now, you can easily hop online and order whatever you need — from a Rudy’s hat all the way to a Yeti Cooler loaded with everything needed to feed an army.
